Notes on Rentals
• Bed linen & towels included in the price.
• Weekly rental according to the season: Saturday to Saturday unless agreed.
• Check in from 5pm arrival day. Check out by 9am departure day.
• Deposit request by bank transfer within 5 days to confirm booking.
• Full payment to be made eight weeks before your arrival date.
• Additional charge for pets: approximately £20 per week, and in some cases a
refundable damage deposit may be required.

Flexible Rebooking Policy
In the event of cancellation due to the UK Government’s or Scottish Government’s Coronavirus restrictions, you will have the flexibility to move the booking to alternative available dates within 12 months of the start date of your planned stay. But if there is a difference in price (e.g. you move from an off-peak booking time to a peak booking time or annual price increase) the difference will obviously still be payable. This is our “Flexible Rebooking Policy”. The Flexible Rebooking Policy is only available for cancellations related to genuine Coronavirus restrictions.
Cancellation
If you cancel the confirmed booking for any reason, you must notify Cnoc Famh in writing.
A cancellation charge is payable depending on the number of days (or part thereof) before the rental period start date that the notice of cancellation is received by Cnoc Famh.
The amount payable is set out below, where number of days refers to the number of days notice given at cancellation prior to rental periods start date, and the cost refers to percentage of the rental fee.

that should a cancellation be made by the Owner
Cnoc Famh which you have a confirmed booking and which has been accepted becomes unavailable or unusable for any reason prior to the start of the rental period, Cnoc Famh will use reasonable endeavours to find a suitable alternative property. If an alternative property is unavailable, you will be reimbursed any fee's received from you.
Terms & Conditions
• The tenant will use the accommodation for private holiday purposes only and will not sub-let the property.
• No parties or events – the maximum number of persons using the accommodation at any time must not exceed (6 persons) and only those listed on the booking form can occupy the property. (No unregistered guests allowed)
• Guests are allowed to have visitors during their stay, and they must be approved in advance, and are subject to an additional charges per person per night if staying overnight).
• Motor Homes, Camper vans, Camping are Not allowed on the grounds of Cnoc Famh without the owners permission.
• We reserve the right to terminate the booking without notice and without refund in case of a breach of any of the terms and conditions.
• The property is privately owned and is our home. We expect all guests to enjoy the facilities and treat the property with the same respect that they would with their own home.
• Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times. Never leave children without adult supervision.
• Smoking is Not allowed inside the property.
• Illegal substances Not allowed on the premises.
• Candles Not allowed inside the property.
• Barbecue – please use the designated barbecue and clean the barbecue after use.
• No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors or any person living or working on Cnoc Famh for any loss, damage or injury to person or property (including cars, accessories or contents) whilst within the confines of Cnoc Famh or whilst the tenant or any member of his or her party is engaged in any activity, or any illness
