| Notes on the rental rates |
- included in the price: bed linen, towels, heating and electricity.
- Weekly rental according to the season: Saturday to Saturday unless otherwise stated.
- Check in from 4pm arrival day. Check out by 10am departure day.
- Deposit, please send £100 by bank transfer or cheque within 5 days after booking.
- Full payment to be made two weeks before your stay by bank transfer or cheque.
- Payment is accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance.
- Additional charge for pets: approximately £10 per week, and in some cases a refundable damage deposit may be required.

- The tenant will use the accommodation for private holiday purposes only and will not sub-let the property.
- The tenant will be responsible for the repair or replacement of any breakages, loss or damage and shall leave the property in a clean,
neat and tidy condition.
- No responsibility is accepted by the proprietors or any person living or working on Cnoc Famh for any loss, damage or injury to person
or property (including cars, accessories or contents) whilst within the confines of Cnoc Famh or whilst the tenant or any member of his
or her party is engaged in any activity, or any illness arising from any cause whatsoever.
